They gave me instructions to correct this by loading their most recent installation software but I haven’t tried it yet. They seem to be holding up much better than an Epson I have borrowed and recently been using. Extended warranty option is available. This product was sold by a reseller. No software or drivers are available for this product with the selected operating system.
